The Ecogold Secure Western saddle pad features a hypoallergenic Secure anti-slip material on the top and bottom of the pad, keeping the saddle in place. The Frictionless fabric prevents chafing and rubbing at the withers. At the back, there is a 100% breathable high-density foam insert, reducing impact on your horse's back and your own. In addition, a 3D Air-flow film is inserted with the felt to reduce impact on your horse's back and your own, and to improve sweat evaporation. The saddle pad has an ultra-thin flap for better communication and position on your horse and avoids pressure around the girth. The pad features two openings along the spine for back ventilation. Exchanges and Returns:
All items purchased through our website can be returned, including sale items, within 15 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for any return, using the carrier of your choice; we do not provide shipping labels.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition (not worn, soiled, washed, damaged, and without any stable odor);
- All tags must be attached to the item;
- A copy of the invoice must be in the return box;
- If you are returning a boot or a helmet, you must pack the original box so as not to damage it;
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item as well as applicable taxes, but not shipping costs.
Would you like to exchange an item instead? Please contact us before returning your package so we can ensure the availability of the desired item. For an exchange, you will still be responsible for the return costs of your initial order, but we will send your exchange free of charge.
You can also return the item in-store. In this case, you can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value only. If you desire a refund, our store will only act as a drop-off point, and the refund will be processed through the online store.
Please note that, given we cannot guarantee that your screen settings accurately render colors, we cannot be held responsible if the color of the product received differs from that displayed on your screen. The same applies if you order an item of a size or style that does not suit you.
