The policy below applies only to the online store. Please inquire in-store for our policy on in-person purchases.

Shipping Service:
Our packages are primarily delivered by Purolator Ground, where their service is applicable. In some cases, we may use another carrier of our choice when Purolator's service is unavailable.
Shipping Rates:
- Quebec:
Standard products, invoice of $150 and up: free
Standard products, invoice less than $150: $15
Oversized products: $30
2. Other Canadian provinces:
Standard products, invoice of $150 and up: $30
Standard products, invoice less than $150: $30
Oversized products: $40
Oversized products include, but are not limited to, saddles, whips, small furniture, frames, and floor lamps. Please note that some very bulky and/or heavy items such as furniture cannot be delivered and must be picked up in-store.
We reserve the right, exceptionally, to apply a surcharge due to the remote location of the delivery address. If your purchase does not qualify for standard shipping, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Delivery Process:
Once your order is placed on the website, processing and delivery times vary between 3 to 7 business days. This period may be longer during special events such as our sales.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Unless specifically requested by the customer, a signature is required upon delivery of one of our packages. If you are not available during delivery, the courier service will take your package to a drop-off point, and it will be your responsibility to retrieve the package within the timeframe prescribed by the carrier.
In the event that your order is returned to us because you did not claim it or an incorrect address was provided at the time of purchase, we will refund your purchase minus the applicable shipping costs (between $15 and $40). If you wish to have your order sent again, additional shipping fees will be charged.
In-store Pickup:
It is possible to pick up your order directly at our store in Victoriaville. This service is free. If you choose this option, you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup. The order must be picked up within 7 days of receiving this email. If you fail to pick up your order, we will refund it.
