Cuir brut (roughout) : Les véritables bottes en cuir brut, à l'instar des selles de cowboy, sont confectionnées avec l'envers du cuir pleine fleur. Elles offrent la même robustesse, tout en arborant un style cowboy authentique et affirmé. Le cuir brut attire la poussière et la saleté et se patine naturellement avec le temps, rendant chaque paire unique.
Entretien : Un nettoyage régulier est recommandé pour vos bottes en cuir brut. Pour une durée de vie prolongée, veillez à bien sécher vos bottes après les avoir exposées à l'humidité et à la boue. Utilisez une brosse à bottes en crin de cheval pour enlever les débris avant de nettoyer le cuir. N'appliquez jamais de produit nourrissant sur le cuir. Nous recommandons le nettoyant pour daim et nubuck Bickmore ou une gomme à daim.

Exchanges and Returns:
All items purchased through our website can be returned, including sale items, within 15 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for any return, using the carrier of your choice; we do not provide shipping labels.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition (not worn, soiled, washed, damaged, and without any stable odor);
- All tags must be attached to the item;
- A copy of the invoice must be in the return box;
- If you are returning a boot or a helmet, you must pack the original box so as not to damage it;
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item as well as applicable taxes, but not shipping costs.
Would you like to exchange an item instead? Please contact us before returning your package so we can ensure the availability of the desired item. For an exchange, you will still be responsible for the return costs of your initial order, but we will send your exchange free of charge.
You can also return the item in-store. In this case, you can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value only. If you desire a refund, our store will only act as a drop-off point, and the refund will be processed through the online store.
Please note that, given we cannot guarantee that your screen settings accurately render colors, we cannot be held responsible if the color of the product received differs from that displayed on your screen. The same applies if you order an item of a size or style that does not suit you.
