Full-Grain Roughout Leather: True full-grain Roughout leather boots, like full-grain cowboy saddles, simply use the natural underside of the leather. They offer the same durability as smooth full-grain leather, while sporting an authentic and assertive cowboy style. The leather attracts dirt and dust and naturally patinas over time, making each pair of boots unique.
Care: Regular cleaning will prolong the life of your Roughout leather boots. Be sure to dry them thoroughly after exposure to moisture and mud. Use a horsehair boot brush to remove debris before cleaning the leather. Never apply nourishing product to the leather. We recommend Bickmore Suede & Nubuck Cleaner.

Exchanges and Returns:
All items purchased through our website can be returned, including sale items, within 15 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for any return, using the carrier of your choice; we do not provide shipping labels.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition (not worn, soiled, washed, damaged, and without any stable odor);
- All tags must be attached to the item;
- A copy of the invoice must be in the return box;
- If you are returning a boot or a helmet, you must pack the original box so as not to damage it;
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item as well as applicable taxes, but not shipping costs.
Would you like to exchange an item instead? Please contact us before returning your package so we can ensure the availability of the desired item. For an exchange, you will still be responsible for the return costs of your initial order, but we will send your exchange free of charge.
You can also return the item in-store. In this case, you can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value only. If you desire a refund, our store will only act as a drop-off point, and the refund will be processed through the online store.
Please note that, given we cannot guarantee that your screen settings accurately render colors, we cannot be held responsible if the color of the product received differs from that displayed on your screen. The same applies if you order an item of a size or style that does not suit you.
