Cuir de vache : Le cuir de vache pleine fleur est la référence en matière de bottes de cowboy haut de gamme. Ses fibres naturelles et son poids plus élevé confèrent aux bottes une robustesse à toute épreuve, même dans les conditions les plus extrêmes, tout en offrant souplesse et confort.
Entretien : Un nettoyage et un entretien réguliers prolongeront la durée de vie de vos bottes en cuir de vachette. Veillez à bien les sécher après une exposition à l'humidité ou à la boue. Utilisez une brosse à bottes en crin de cheval ou un chiffon propre et humide pour les nettoyer. Enlevez les impuretés avant de nettoyer et d'hydrater le cuir. Nous recommandons le conditionneur pour cuir Bick 4 de Bickmore.

Exchanges and Returns:
All items purchased through our website can be returned, including sale items, within 15 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for any return, using the carrier of your choice; we do not provide shipping labels.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition (not worn, soiled, washed, damaged, and without any stable odor);
- All tags must be attached to the item;
- A copy of the invoice must be in the return box;
- If you are returning a boot or a helmet, you must pack the original box so as not to damage it;
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item as well as applicable taxes, but not shipping costs.
Would you like to exchange an item instead? Please contact us before returning your package so we can ensure the availability of the desired item. For an exchange, you will still be responsible for the return costs of your initial order, but we will send your exchange free of charge.
You can also return the item in-store. In this case, you can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value only. If you desire a refund, our store will only act as a drop-off point, and the refund will be processed through the online store.
Please note that, given we cannot guarantee that your screen settings accurately render colors, we cannot be held responsible if the color of the product received differs from that displayed on your screen. The same applies if you order an item of a size or style that does not suit you.
